Anousta is a bodycare range with a difference all the products are hand made by owner Linda. She started the business six years ago, and she is a trained and experienced nurse as well as an aromatherapist and beautician. All her products use only the best ingredients and because they are made by hand to order, they are extremely fresh, giving them a distinct edge over mainstream bodycare ranges, even the green ones.
There are over 30 products in the range, including moisturisers, shampoos, shower gels, hand creams, deodorants and toothpastes, and they all avoid the use of harsh chemicals and preservatives. Indeed, Linda is something of an expert in this field and will be giving a talk at the Bristol Vegan Fayre 2006 about toxins in bodycare products.
All our products are suitable for people with challenging skin says Linda as we use only plant based ingredients of the highest quality, without using any nasties.
We also have a range of products called the Seriously Kind range which are particularly suitable for people with eczema and psoriasis, and indeed we have special eczema kits available for those looking for bodycare products that dont irritate the skin further. The whole purpose of these eczema kits is to offer the consumer alternatives. A lot of people say the kits offer them hope and they find relief in many of the items within the kits, which contain hand made freshly produced mainly organic skin and haircare products.
