James Southwood
James was working for the Vegan Society for a number of years and is now a qualified kickboxing instructor and indeed, European champion. James follows a raw food vegan organic lifestyle and is at the peak of his game, by the looks of him. Performed a short demonstration of his arts at the 2005 Bristol Vegan Fayre and is due back in 2006 (we hope) to assist in the health and fitness zone. Right nice fella and very fit.
