Karin - Essex Event
Karin is gorgeous and a stunning advert for the vegan lifestyle, as well as being very busy with a number of vegan projects. Perhaps best known for her annual 'Essex Event' every December, which is always interesting, Karin also runs VeggieVision, which is a web-based Vegetarian TV station.
www.veggievision.co.uk which is growing in popularity and getting hits from all over the world. She has recently put together a four page veggie supplement for 4 weeks running in her local rag the Essex Enquirer, which meant something like 250,000 copies in all, if I'm not mistaken, covering many different aspects of the veggie/vegan lifestyle. Many of us admire her enthusiasm and kindness, and Karin is currently pregnant with her first child and we wish her and her partner and the little one all the very best.
