The day after the Bristol Vegan Fayre 2005, was the day The Vegan Society held its Annual General Meeting here in Bristol.
It was a day where you could find out what the issues are, meet the people involved in the Vegan Society and play a part in it, going through the main business, such as the accounts and anything on the published agenda, then the results of the Trustee election, then opportunities were available to speak and vote on motions, a chance for more general discussions. and those attending were also able to buy Vegan Society merchandise.
The meeting started at 2pm with doors opening at 1pm, there was a crèche, vegan refreshments were available and arranged by Veggies., and time for socialising after the AGM also allowed for.
