Description

Longwell Green location makes this place particularly handy for
veggie/vegans living on the eastern edges of Bristol. Owned by the
same family as Eastern Eye in
Bath, and providing many choices of delightful vegan Indian
options, including balti, dhansak, jalfrezi, lagan and many more.
Staff are extremely friendly and the menu is very clearly labelled,
with information not just about the vegan aspects but also wheat,
dairy and nuts making it the ideal choice for those with special
diets.

"Having heard good things about this restaurant myself and 3 of my friends went to eat there. We waited one and a half hours for our starters before our main courses arrived. We explained that we had not yet had our starters-these then took another 20 mins to arrive and the samosas we had ordered were frozen in the middle. We did not stay to finish the meal. During our time there at least 3 other tables also got up and left before their food had arrived. It seemed that the staff were only focussing on restocking the buffet rather than dealing with customers who had ordered from the menu. The staff were rude and seemed not to understand why people were upset. Maybe they should visit their sister restaurant in Bath and get some tips! "
