The Harvest shops are the retail outlets for Essential Trading and you will always find excellent value plus a wide range of promotions at both shops. Fresh fruit and veg enhances the wholefoods and groceries section, plus snacks and deli and fresh bread. Still run on traditional co-op principles, bang up to date with the latest info and products.
