Description
Located on the Triangle 200 yards from the top of Park Street, and just before you get round to Fresh and Wild , Krishna's Inn has developed a growing reputation amongst vegan diners since it opened back in 2004. Warmly recommended in last years guide, and apparently done very well out of that mention - they have their guide entry proudly blown up in their window for all to see.
Large selection of interesting and varied vegan dishes Including 8 vegan starters, 11 main dishes, 2 soups and 19 side dishes - yep, all vegan. Way to go buddy.

"Amazingly cheap, delicious food and lovely staff! The waiter spent plenty of time advising me what was vegan (virtually all of the veegie meals are also vegan). Hugely recommended by me! Legends. "
" Last Sunday my family and I went out for a meal to celebrate exam results (A levels for my brother, GCSEs for me). We decided to go to a lovely little south indian restaurant called Krishna's Inn, which is on the triangle in the middle of Bristol. It was delicious, and fantastic value too. What's more, the friendly staff told us that next weekend (today) there was going to be a special lunch for the festival Onam. So we booked up a table! I could hardly wait, because a traditional Onam meal is served on banana leaves and is a veritable vegetarian feast. "Fantastic staff who seemed delighted when we asked what was vegan and spent time happily advising what dishes were good. The food was lovely, we had 4 main dishes ( about ?3 each ) rice, beers, poppadoms and it came to ?30. They also proudly brandished the vegan guide and were handing it out to customers. Well worth a visit for the food alone, but also to support such a friendly and clued up place. "
"Very very good "
"Had a wonderful evening meal here. The food is gorgeous. I recommend trying the masala dosa, very moreish. Service was good, atmosphere was relaxing. All in all a good evening out, and at a very reasonable price too. "
"This place is well worth a visit. Easy to get to at the top of Park Street, many buses go up that way, or a few mins walk from 'the centre' of town. We had a Masala Dosa, Beans & Coconut, Spinach & Potato, Pilau Rice, and Tomato Rice, all well recommended. They're well aware of the vegan thing, not bad prices, relaxed atmosphere, just eat it! "
"What a refreshing change! It was so good to see more authentic indian veggie dishes, than the usual westernised curry fare. The selection of veg dishes was impressive and delicious (and at a good price too). Meal for 2 with beers £30. My favorite curry house in Bristol FULL STOP. You must go. "
