"Great find for vegans - amazing range of products in the wholefood shop (have you tried the fresh olives?), and they are always happy to help and special order things you want in larger quanties. I bulk order the fruit stick for the familys packed lunches! In the cafe everyone will go out of their way to change things so that they are vegan. La Ruca catered for our wedding and made a wonderful range of vegan and vegetarian food, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended place! "

"Recently started venturing to La Ruca and so pleased that I did. A wonderful cafe with friendly staff. The food is easily veganised if you ask and we found that they added extra's so that sour cream was replaced with hummous. Really worth a visit "
