"I found Mother Nature from your web site and having just moved to the area was pleased to find a recommended health food shop near me. However, I am sorry to say that the experience was not a good one. I have never met such a grumpy and negative bunch of people. The shop had a real 'down' atmosphere and when I asked one of the assistants a question was astonished by her sheer lack of interest in my request - infact, I am sure I was an inconvenience to her! I won't be going back I am afraid... I will be making the trip into Bristol for Wild Oats or F&W where they seem to value their customers... worth the trip in my opinion.
