VeganBristol welcomes Rainbow Nights veggie/vegan Bistro to the Worlds most vegan friendly city

Rainbow Nights is a new venture to be found right in the heart of Clifton on Waterloo Street, at the Rainbow cafe every Thursday and Friday evening from 7pm until 11pm. Seasonal veggie and vegan dishes only will be served, with the emphasis on Bristish and Euro traditions, using locally sourced fresh food from small scale producers and ethically responsible suppliers. Main Man Dan Buston promises exciting original home cooked food for vegans, veggies and food lovers in general, and says that his promises reflect his beliefs – which is in keeping with many Bristol outlets, eateries, establishments, businesses and organisations.
