Veggie Christmas Evenings planned for Bristol and Bath

EVERYTHING you need to know about cooking veggie this Christmas or just serving less meat will be on offer at two special Viva! Veggie Christmas evenings in Bristol and Bath.
Organised by local veggie experts Viva! - as part of their Fruity Fundays campaign www.fruityfundays.com - the evenings will feature a talk, cookery demonstration, festive refreshments, ethical Christmas shopping and free advice to help people enjoy veggie days. Bristol's Veggie Christmas Evening will be held on Thursday, November 26, at The Spring Garden Tavern, 188 Hotwells Road, Bristol, BS8 4RP. Bath's veggie Christmas Evening will be held on Thursday, December 3, at Friends' Meeting House, York Street, Bath, BA1 1NG. Both events are FREE and will run from 6pm-9pm, with the talk running from 6.45pm - 7.30pm. Join us for a merry evening featuring: an inspiring and fun talk by Juliet Gellatley, nutritional therapist and founder of Viva!, Europe's largest campaigning vegetarian and vegan organisation Take the Health Challenge! What does a healthy diet really mean? Do we need any fat. Is sugar all bad? Should we be eating more raw? Or cooked? Are we meant to be omnivores or veggies? What's the evidence?
